Hi Jim & Di: I've decided to go with Ultra, but would need you to install it (WoW conversion). Just a couple of questions: 1. Do I need to shut off my board while the conversion is done? 2. Just to verify, nothing will be lost, correct? (members, posts, permissions, etc) 3. If I order today (Sat. 9/8) any ballpark idea when you could install? Looking forward to it!

Thank you for your interest in WowUltra! 1. We will shut down the board for approx. 1/2 hour during the conversion. 2. Nothing will be lost, seriously. 3. Depends- are you switching hosts also or keeping hosting where you are? We have new hosting plans coming out next week but if you want to switch send me a PM and I'll give you whatever deal we are going to have next week- today. Anyway it goes I will have time today to work on it. Worse case if you want to switch hosts we will have to wait on the DNS system. Lately I have seen most DNS changes resolve in under 6 hours, I have no control over that. Jim

Thank you for your order! I was reading on your board, did you know there are 3 basic themes included with WowUltra AND shades of shades- a css switching routine that I came up with where the admin can select from several different new shades of the old reliable shades theme. It isn't different themes- just different colors so it retains it's original "speed" that the shades theme has. I also noticed you are using the Slate theme which won't work with Ultra HOWEVER there have been two requests so far for Slate to be updated for ultra. I plan on honoring this but do not have a schedule so far. There are several premium themes being written for ultra also by an affiliate. These themes will not be free but will be reasonable and are very good may I add.

Your board has been installed. To date it is the first install on a windows IIS server but it seems so far to be working smoothly. Let us know please if anything misfires- Jim

Many thanks Jim. Seems to be working great. Played with the sub-forums and that seems to work. Only problem I see is that all users who hadn't picked an avatar are getting a box with a red x under their username in their posts. I'll try to figure it out tomorrow...too tired tonight. Thanks for everything.

OK I checked, I didn't know you had added custom files to the gallery. Since I saved your entire board (I do that first then keep it for a month just in case) I had the files and have uploaded them. Jim
