I have 8 Lodges scheduled  for regular Meetings each month, I entered them in DEC 2007. Each has a start time of 8 pm for all 8, in march 2008 the start times jump to 9 pm for no reason in the 2nd or 3rd week of the month, they continue until November and the start times  times in the first week of the month jump to 7 pm. This problem moved has from WoW 1.7 and it was there also.

I believe it is a math error and may have something to do with the start of the day settings in the admin panel. there is no provision to end a day at 24:00. only 23:00.

I'm going to have to look at your database, I think you carried over a bad entry from the wow database we converted because several calendar functions are not working.

Worse case scenario is we will have to wipe out the bad event entirely and re create it.

OK I did some extensive playing with this, there were some unusable settings I found in config and the calendar had errors. I never did see exactly what you saw could you check now and see if it's the same for you?

OK

I deleted the 1st event with the incorrect time, All the events were posted when I first setup the board in late December, (The First bad occurence was in March) and redid it and its still the same.

Thanks

John

We never did get this Problem Solved, I did Export the Calendar DB and Noticed There is A Private Event by User #1, User #1 is no more and this event shows up When I log Off. I was at a friends house a couple of days ago and this event was showing up on his computer When he wasn't logged on. This event is identical to another by user #2 which is public. I don't know how to get rid of the Private event by user #1. Suspect that this may be at least part of the problem.

That appears to have done it. I entered several recurring events and the start times remained constant for over 4 months, I have to enter more, but can't remember the details off the top of my head.

Thanks a million

John

Problem Solved,

But The Start Times Did Fall Back From 8 pm to 7 pm in November, I assume that is a result of Daylight Savings time ending in November. I can live with That.

Thank You Very Much
John

Still a mystery though, but I'm glad it's working!
