I have changed my forum and forum new gif's. It shows the change in the Cpanel but not on my board. I use smart ftp to upload. This happened to me on my wowbb aas well, on there they rotate from old and new ones  now and am trying to avoid the same problem with ultra. I only changed them on the sea theme. Any advice/hellp would be awesome guys.

I just went into the admin panel/themes/sea/files....and it shows the forum_new.gif has changed but not the forum.gif, so i tried to upload the change through there and it won't change from the shell.

Now I got them to change in the admin panel but not in the cpanel and they are working on the forum at the moment.

I quit! in admin it has one, one cpanel it has another and on the forum it has the origional shell! OMG!!!! I am now just gonna wait for help.

I just checked all your settings, everything is right, and the icons you have in the sea theme are not the original ones. Smart cache is off, everything should be OK.

I can't check sea live when the theme is something else up for a theme.. If you don't have user theme override on I could register. I'm suspecting a browser caching issue or maybe your FTP program caches and needs a "refresh" before showing the right thing.

I'll be on pretty much the rest of the day except for dinner so whatever you run in to just post it. I have some other things to work out on your board from a previous request :)

user theme over ride is off, I can set the sea theme for the one to open on load.

Also, so you know the origionals are the shells, the first ones I added were paws (but looked like crap) and they should be a dog laying down and on new posts he should wake up. It is showing them in certain areas but not others. Thanks Jim!

I see the doggy icons in every view in Firefox as well as IE.

Sometimes in IE when you click the back button it will revert to a previously cached image. I can assure you everything is dogs!

I also see the favicon :)

I don't see the favicon, should I maybe clean all my files on my pc and reopen things? I am not sure what previous requests of mine you are working on but if you are adding the code for the side bars can it go on the right?
